We grilled shrimp and scallops using olive oil and your Bayou Blend Seasoning as appetizers for a party and everyone really enjoyed them. For the main course, we had grilled salmon, again using your Bayou Blend Seasoning, which was a great success....there was nothing left over!

I tried your Enchilada recipe and my family loved them. I made four cheese, four grilled chicken, and four ground beef. I added your Southwest Select Seasoning to the ground beef when I browned the meat and I sprinkled a little on the grilled chicken as well. I will use this recipe again and again!

We used your Espresso Dry Rub Memorial Day Weekend for two separate dinners, baby back ribs and a 10 pound beef brisket.
