We grilled shrimp and scallops using olive oil and your Bayou Blend Seasoning as appetizers for a party and everyone really enjoyed them. For the main course, we had grilled salmon, again using your Bayou Blend Seasoning, which was a great success....there was nothing left over!

I tried your Enchilada recipe and my family loved the,! I made four cheese, four grilled chicken and four ground beef. I added your Southwest Select Seasoning to the ground beef when I browned the mean an sprinkled it on the grilled chicken as well. I will absolutely be using this recipe again and again!

We used your Espresso Dry Rub over Memorial Day Weekend for two separate dinners. We had baby back ribs and a 10 lb. Beef brisket. We were very surprised how easily the rub worked with both the pork as well as the beef and also how subtle the rub became. A hint of espresso, sweetness along with a little kick. Everybody was in favor and had nothing but great accolades regarding our party and your rub.
