Dressing and marinade

Ingredients For Mediterranean Citrus Dressing:

  • 1 tablespoon Mediterranean Citrus Seasoning

  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons of water

  • 1/2 tablespoon of dijon mustard

  • 1/2 teaspoon honey

  • Juice from 1/2 lemon

Ingredients For Tuscany Reserve Dressing:

  • 1 tablespoon Tuscany Reserve Seasoning

  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons of water

  • 1/2 tablespoon of dijon mustard

  • 1/2 teaspoon honey

  • 1 half freshly squeezed lemon

Instructions:

  1. First, add your seasoning into a jar with a tight-fitting lid.

  2. Continue adding all other ingredients to the jar.

  3. Shake vigorously for about 1 minute until the mixture is creamy and emulsified.

  4. Let it sit for a few minutes so the flavors get a chance to blend together for a perfect zesty dressing.

  5. Store in the fridge. If the oil solidifies, let it sit at room temp for a few minutes, then shake until combined again.

Ways To Use:

  1. Marinade: Coat chicken, fish, or veggies before grilling.

  2. Dressing: Drizzle over fresh greens, salads, grain bowls, or pasta salad, protien choice: prosciutto ham or grilled chicken.

  3. Dip: Serve alongside crusty bread or roasted potatoes.

Tips:

  • Use Fresh Citrus Juice – Freshly squeezed lemon, lime, or orange juice will give your dressing the best, most vibrant flavor. Bottled juice can taste flat and overly acidic.

  • Shake or Whisk Well – To get a smooth, well-emulsified dressing, shake the jar vigorously for at least one minute or whisk in a bowl until the oil and citrus blend together seamlessly.

  • Let It Sit – If time allows, let the dressing sit for several minutes before using. This gives the flavors a chance to melt, making the dressing even more delicious!
